Thank you for supporting Little Art by Lex. Each watercolor print is thoughtfully created, carefully packaged, and shipped with care. Please review our return policy before placing your order.
All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of artwork and limited-run prints, all watercolor print sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damaged item and original packaging
Once reviewed, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost. Refunds, if approved, will be issued to the original payment method in accordance with Shopify’s refund processing timeline.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Little Art by Lex is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. Please contact the carrier directly using the tracking information provided in your shipping confirmation.
Color & Appearance Disclaimer
Please note that colors and textures may vary slightly due to monitor settings, lighting, and screen differences. These natural variations are not considered defects and do not qualify for refunds or returns.
