Thank you for supporting Little Art by Lex. Each watercolor print is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives safely. Please review our shipping policy below.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Processing time does not include shipping transit time.

During busy seasons, product launches, or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Methods & Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

We currently ship within the United States. If international shipping becomes available, this policy will be updated accordingly.

Packaging

All watercolor prints are packaged with care, including protective sleeves and rigid backing to prevent bending or damage during transit.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Delivery Time

Delivery times vary based on the shipping method selected and the carrier’s schedule. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Little Art by Lex is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

If your package is delayed or missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly using the tracking information provided. We are happy to assist with filing a claim if applicable.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Little Art by Lex is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Orders returned due to incorrect address information may require additional shipping fees to be resent.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

We will review the issue and offer a replacement or refund if applicable.
