Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

Thank you for supporting Little Art by Lex. Please review the following information regarding cancellations for purchase options.

One-Time Purchases

Orders placed as a one-time purchase cannot be canceled once the order has been submitted and processing has begun.

Due to the nature of artwork and made-to-order prints, all sales are considered final once processing starts.

Subscription & Recurring Purchase Options

If you are enrolled in a subscription or recurring purchase option (including mail club or recurring artwork deliveries), you may cancel your subscription at any time prior to the next billing cycle.

To avoid being charged for the next shipment, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled billing date.

Cancellations can be completed through:

  • Your customer account portal, or
  • By contacting us directly at Contact@littleartbylex.com

Cancellation Timing

If a subscription cancellation is requested after a billing cycle has processed, the current order will still ship and will not be eligible for cancellation or refund.

No Retroactive Refunds

Canceled subscriptions do not qualify for retroactive refunds for prior shipments that have already been processed or delivered.

Policy Agreement

By completing a purchase or enrolling in a subscription through Little Art by Lex, you agree to the terms outlined in this Purchase Options Cancellation Policy.
